Especialista de Marketing Digital

Mission: A Digital Marketing Specialist is the key person in charge of executing the company´s digital marketing campaigns and promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. Creates, uploads, copies images for the organization’s website and provides accurate reports to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment.

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize web and email channels, blog, video and graphic content to support current organizational priorities;
  • Work closely with the Social Media Executive and other teams to design and develop multimedia content, particularly video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Canva;
  • Contribute to the preparation of policies to form a long-lasting digital association with costumers;
  • Contribute to the generation of new ideas and ways of working online and with social media;
  • Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organization’s online brand;
  • Familiar and fluent in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube;
  • Moderating all social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook;
  • Good understanding of Design, Image and picture;
  • Be able to work with the creative team and graphic designers;
  • Creates and manages Social Media Channels;
  • Creates daily content to be published;
  • Builds and maintains relations with influencers;
  • Be able to attract and develop relationships with the digital influencers and brands;
  • Creates Initiatives agenda per brand;
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and attend networking events;
  • Producing regular digital dashboards for the Head of Marketing, reporting progress against set KPIs;
  • Working closely with colleagues in sales and IT to ensure all activity is integrated;
  • Liaise with other departments within the organization and external agencies;
  • Develop effective digital marketing strategies to achieve our company’s goals and objectives;
  • Be familiar with the aspects of the surrounding digital world and be well aware of how the online platform can help acquire high revenues;
  • Be innovative and spontaneous with great web designs and unique ideas to strengthen our marketing positions;
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement;
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally;
  • Able to travel as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an online marketing specialist;
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts;
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices;
  • Content and creative writing skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Good time-management skills;
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.

Education/Professional Experience:

  • Specialized High School Degree or University Degree in Marketing and Communication;
  • Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
