Yakuza by Olivier
Yakuza by Olivier was born in 2011. In 2012 UIP partnered with the brand to open Yakuza Algarve at Pine Cliffs Resort. The success of the restaurant, even though operating seasonally, led to the opening of Yakuza Cascais at the Sheraton Cascais Resort, in 2019, which operates throughout the year.
Yakuza by Olivier is one of the most iconic concepts signed by chefpreneur Olivier da Costa. It promotes unique creations of Japanese cuisine and the best fusion between East and West and is a confirmed success story.
