Vale do Freixo, located in Benafim (Algarve), is considered a PIN (Project of National Interest) and is facing a licensing phase. It represents a potential investment of around 200 million euros by United Investments Portugal.

The 381-hectare project is designed to create 150 jobs and includes a 5-star boutique hotel, a school hotel in partnership with the University of Algarve, a Gary Player-designed 18-hole golf course, a destination spa and business hub.
