
Front Office Junior Agent
Mission: Represent the first point of contact with guests, as well as manage all their accommodation needs.
Job Summary:
- Perform check-in and check-out;
- Confirm customer reservations;
- Assign rooms and activate keys;
- Process all types of payments, such as room, debit or credit fees;
- Respond to guest calls, requests, questions or concerns;
- Coordinate the cleaning service with the Housekeeping Department to prepare rooms for check-in;
- Provide guests with all necessary directions and information about the property;
- Prepare daily check-in and check-out reports;
- Identify guest special requests and anticipate their needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Experience with Opera PMS system (preferably);
- Ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong sense of customer orientation;
- Good appearance;
- Accommodation in the Algarve;
- Personal transport;
- Availability for a permanent contract.
Education/Professional Experience:
- Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar);
- Previous experience in the Front Office Department (preferably).
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
