Mission: Prepare different types of culinary dishes.
Job Summary:
- Know all menu items, recipes, production methods and presentation standards;
- Organize the workstations with all the necessary ingredients, as well as with kitchen equipment;
- Handle various utensils/grills;
- Ensuring the correct storage of ingredients;
- Check the quality of ingredients;
- Manage ingredient stock;
- Maintain a hygienic and organized environment in the kitchen;
Requirements:
- Previous experience with kitchen equipment;
- Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods;
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices at work;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills;
- Accommodation in the Algarve;
- Personal transport;
- Availability for a permanent contract.
Education/Professional Experience:
- Academic degree/professional training in the kitchen area;
- Previous experience in F&B Kitchen Department.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (preferably).
