Human Resources Business Partner


Being align with the HR strategy of UIP, should implement in the area of responsability all the initiatives and tasks according to the HR and business goals. Should align staff according to the business objectives and should have a close attitude vis a vis all the associates. As the HR representative, should be the link between all mathers from this discipline in the area of responsability with the complex or central HR services.

Reports to: Property or Complex Director do Human Resources

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Align staff with business and UIP HR objectives.
  • Implement all HR strategic initiatives
  • Running orientation and onboarding processes
  • Open and transparent communication with associates
  • Maintain and develop staff relations
  • Managing and guide internships
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare all payroll data needed and communicate it to the central payroll team on the timelines defined.
  • Register and check data on attendance.
  • Monitor the application of HR SOP & Brand standards.
  • Manage health and safety iniciatives and mandatory ones according to policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating staffing needs.
  • Structure and use databases to support human resources management, in terms of salary processing, vacation maps, attendance, etc.
  • Engage with heads of departments.
  • Perform duty manager shifts according to weekly and weekend schedule.

Specific qualifications & skills:

  • Degree or bacharel in Human Resources Management or psychology
  • Good communication skills
  • Developed analytical skills.
  • Excelelent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Good people skills
  • Be proficient in the English
  • Have some knowledge of the SAP operating system, Microsoft Office and attendance systems.

Safety and Security:

  • Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
  • Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
  • Use proper equipment, wear appropriate personal protective clothing, and employ correct lifting procedures, as necessary, to avoid injury.
  • Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.
  • Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
  • Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.

Policies and Procedures:

  • Protect the privacy and security of residents, guests and coworkers.
  • Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Management.
